It's great for start ups and small busineses who don’t have their own in house team and looking for a low risk model. Plus we still operate with an 'embedded 'mindset. What's included: End to end recruitment from role briefing to offer acceptance. We carry out rigorous sourcing to ensure you hire the right talent for your business. Pricing: We offer an outcome focussed 'fixed fee' per placement for clients working with us exclusively. Alternatively, our 'Pay per hire' fee starts at 10% of first year salary.
