It’s an Upfront + success fee. inclusive of tech stack and inhouse expert support. Or you can opt for our fully retained fee and unlimited hires.

Looking for specialist support with one off or hard to fill roles? Then our 'Pay per hire' model could be the best option for you. It's great for start ups and small busineses who don’t have their own in house team and looking for a low risk model. Plus we still operate with an 'embedded 'mindset. What's included: End to end recruitment from role briefing to offer acceptance. We carry out rigorous sourcing to ensure you hire the right talent for your business. Pricing: We offer an outcome focussed 'fixed fee' per placement for clients working with us exclusively. Alternatively, our 'Pay per hire' fee starts at 10% of first year salary.
